bugs

A bug had severely affected this blog yesterday. Now we are up and running again. I was very angry with blogger, not about the technical problem but about their communication which was non existent. A word would have been a word.....
It is time to speed up my plan to bring this blog on my own server......
I send you now again my best wishes for the weekend. Enjoy and see you soon again here.

If you feel like you have a decent handle on html and xhtml, I strongly recommend switching to WordPress as your platform if you move the blog onto your own server. It's not as "idiot-proof" but there's a huge degree of flexibility in WP that there isn't using the Blogger interface.

I honestly don't mind Blogger's lack of communication too much - you get what you pay for, and Blogger is free, heh. But I use Blogger for all my nonsensery, whereas you need it as a contact point with customers, so your needs are much more serious than mine :)

Dear K
I know... you are right and I did not want to fall into blogger bashing hehehe.... I was just angry on blogger and of course on myself...... and finally, I think they don't provide us with their free blogger tool for nothing. They want to make advertising money.
I have not looked at WordPress in detail, but I will.... and I will look into OpenSource solutions like Pivot.
